Can u people guide me to some pressure points or headaches(stoping or causing them) and for muscle relaxation

A more describable info would be apreciated

  2. Many headaches are caused by stress and a lack of proper blood flow to the brain. The 2 best natural pressure point related ways to get rid of headaches I personally know are; 1) massage the temple area in either small circles or down and back from the top of the temple down past the eye, either of these should be done with fairly light pressure to keep from increasing the intensity of the headache. 2) At the base of the back ot the head, massage in fairly short strokes going down and out toward the traps. You can use more pressure back here, but still should be aware of how much pressure you use and not over do it.

    Lots of other pressure points through out the body, but if you want to get any kind of real understanding of them you should find a good qualified instructor. Playing with pressure point manipulation is a bad deal just waiting to happen.

  3. Along the energy flow channels of the body.

    Yoga and Tai Chi Chuan are much safer alternatives.

  4. Get yourself an Acupressure or Shiatsu book.

    You can see the points better there.
