In and Out has protein style, just beef and lettuce.  Rubios does the Baja bowls as does Baja Fresh.

But why atkins?  It is so 2000!  Need to go South Beach!

No one really has food for the Atkins anymore.. Meaning when it was popular.. there were certain places that had an actually menu for Atkins dieters. I used Atkins and lost about 40 pounds in 2 and 1/2 months. So it worked great for me. If you do decide to do it just make sure you follow it strictly for the 1st 2 weeks during induction. When craving sugar I recommend you have one of the Atkins Shakes or meal bars. You can get them at a place like Imedmart.com They have the lowest prices on the net. They don't sell them in stores anymore so you have to get them off line.
