Where are the rooms you need to get the regis on pokemon ruby?

i have looked it up but it always says "the room"

Route 105, inside the cave on the island. You must have unlocked the Regis before doing so, otherwise the door will not open

K get  relicanth and wailord and near Pacidflog you go to a currents like through them and dive down to get to the secret room then read a wall..then go back and read the other wall..there will be an earthquake. Near Lavaridge SE corner of the desert theres a room with Regirock / enter and read braille go 2 steps down and then to the right. Use strength and tada save before you go in though.
