Considering it IS a contest/plot, and telling where everybody is decreases the chance of getting prizes, I'm not going to specifically tell you where they are.

It mentions that Dave is at the Dr. Sloth Plot guide.  Go there, and click on every link you see, you'll find him eventually. He leads to Terry.

Also read the comments at the news post, there are some hints to where lots of them are.

I found Suzuka at "a Mysterous Statue" but I dont know the answer the ? is  Who revealed that a poor faerie without its wings is powerless?
