I don't drive, but Westchester County, NY (my home state), and Akron, Ohio has many reckless drivers.

I've been a lot of places in the great land of ours and there is no doubt in my mind that the worse drivers may be found in New Orleans, Louisiana.

No where else is close.

first person is 100% right worst drivers in northern virginia and the D.C. area,

i have been in an accident because some moron kid cut me off on a 2 lane road (one closed because construction)

i avoid at least 5 accidents a day because of idiots driving (i only drive about 20 miles at most round trip a day)

we have people driving 15 miles under the speed limit on there cell phones swerving all over the road

3 years ago there was a bunch of stupid kids that got in really bad car accidents and died

most of the people are lawyers or work for the government so there bad driving kids get there license back even though they were driving 100mph on side streets

MIAMI !!! I can't tell you how many times someone almost hit my car while switching lanes between me and another car in front of me (small gap at that!!) while driving fast! They speed on dolphin expressway and 95 not caring about people around them. Its irritating and has caused road rage CRIME. Orlando can sometimes be like that too. I really do not like the motorcycles passing me going 120++ miles per hour.

Any where in Boston, Rt 140 around Westminster Md, I-695 around Baltimore, I-75 in Michigan, and all around Chicago.

  The least helpful for needed directions, anywhere in New England and New York, especially in Mass.

the most aggressive ive seen people drive was in LA, however the drivers in Kissimmee, Florida really suck!

Far and away, the worst I've ever seen have been New Orleans.

Plano ranks up there with least courteous. The car is on fire and they're honking at me to get out of the way.

All of the hand gestures I've ever seen usually had about the same message. From the bird in the US to being pronged in the EU.

Just plain rude goes to Highland Park, Tx.

Idiotic seems to belong to my neighborhood. (We've discussed installing our own speed bumps to cut down on drag racing and air rifles from roof tops to break the windows of cars so loud they'll foam up a beer late at night.)

Dumb seems to be anywhere there's an unexpected weather pattern or condition that causes slick roads.

And I will never take the 4x4 to Point Bollivar again for camping. The number of people that chase me down thinking they're stuck when they're not makes it impossible to do anything else.
