Where are there great locatinsto go river rafting/tubing in Central Pa?

I haven't seen many streams / creeks in my area in which would be deep enough for us to not bump rocks while coasting around. I am not looking for white water rafting places.

the middle yach in ohiopyle.  there is a minimal amount of white water, but in a raft you will have no problems just enjoying the scenery.  The fact that the water is controled by d**n release ensures that the water levels will be consistant and you should have to worry about getting stuck.
