Wow....it's very specific your question, isn't it?  Well, I can tell you that Frankfurt has many wonderful and diverse restaurants to eat at, but could not tell you in specific about the portugese restaurants.  I am turkish, and know that turkish food in Frankfurt is everywhere, and totally wonderfull  Maybe if you cannot find a portugese restaurant, you can try turksih food instead?  Good luck.  Try to look up portugese restaurants in Rhein Main area.
