They are the new jobs called walking the street, putting for sale sign up in your front yard and then leaving...I mean actually if you look at it that way once you pack up and leave the state that is a big job to leave..just one you don't get paid for.

simply put they are just the PR people who make up wonderful feel good story's so the rest of the country can believe there is some good left in the state,, or to just bolster her image so she can get in Washington , it one of the two theory's I'm working on at the moment,,

My job is just a temp job till the place closes, we were hired to take the place of the regulars who left the state to work at the other plants in the other states that ARE doing GREAT,,
