Where are these well organized communities that obama was supposed to have organized...........?

I mean its clear he was a community organizer but is there any evidence he was a good one?

The only thing he and his friend Tony Rezko did, was to build inadequately housing in Chicago. The housing was poorly built, and the people we put out on to the cold, wet, streets of Chicago, when they were condemned. So much for experience.
