early in the morning if I don't have to work, I'll sit on my porch and drink a cup of Tim's (triple/triple) and listen to the sprinklers and the crickets and the early birds twittering; watching car headlights at the end of the street and waiting for that hint of light across the horizon.

Jogging before sunrise, the air is cool, there is no traffic, the city is quiet, I can get alone with my thoughts, get into a groove, think things out for the day, I like that a lot.

ah this is gona sound really geeky, but when im surrounded buy some cool technology. it just gets me in the mood to check out something i havent seen before, and idk. im no geek though.

also like playing handball wit some music and my boys. like around 6 or 7 when the sun goes down. and its windy.
