I am thinking of going to Florence. But if they don’t have starbucks, it will be terrible for me. Can anyone tell me how many starbucks shop they have and where?

Forget about Starbucks. You don't know what coffeee is until you have Italian coffee. It is the best coffee in the world and it is impossible to find a bad cup anywhere in Italy.
