Where can 3 16-17 year old girls stay in Skegness?

Me and two friends want to go to Skegness for a few days this summer. Two of us are 16, and one is 17. But I've been looking on the internet, and it says about not allowing groups of the same s*x, and people under 25 or something.

So I was just wondering what everyone else thinks, and if anyone knows anywhere that'll accept us?
