Well I think integrity is more important than close.  You don't want to be cheated.

  We do both but air is very expensive. And there is lots of vibration. The ship is much smother.

I've been a pianist for 25 years- I'm sorry, but I don't know the first half of your questions, although I would suggest arranging shipping with the company you purchase from. I just wanted to say, YES, Steinway is the best. And I don't have one!!! Good luck!

you can buy them in most fine piano retailers in Canada and the USA.

Contact an export broker to arrange the sale as a middle man.

The sale will have to be cash up front due to the nature of the shipping.
