  1. Well this may take some doing but if you are up for it you will have an experience of your life!!!  First and formost call as many of the local new station as possible and advise them that there is going to be an amazing feet at the time you ready at the Grand Island Bridge located over the Niagra river. Suit up in your scuba gear and have one of your best friends drive you to the Grand Island bridge.  Once you reach the top of the bridge have your friend stop.  Then climb out of the car really fast, so that your friend can get away before someone rear ends them.  At this, point inflate your BC to the point it's ready to burst.  Now for the first part of your experience, climb over the railing and jump.  A swan dive is prefered, although a canon ball will do.  Once you hit the water deflate you BC and go to the bottom.  Let the current take you down river.  Once the water starts to churn lay on your back, this will reduce harm to you extremity's.  The water should stop churning and you start to really pick up speed hold on for dear life because this is the point that the real experience starts to begin.  In a moment you will be heading over one of the seventh wonders of the world "Niagra Falls".  As you decend over the falls look towards the Canadian side at which time you will notice the Horse Shoe falls. "Notice" how clear it is.   After this being said, this is truely about the only way you are every going to see clear water diving in Buffalo.

  2. Skip the tank. Don your mask and snorkel. Fill up your bathtub. Fill your rubber duck with water. Look at it. Thats about as good as its going to get.
