For this kind of money u can have a lux-accom in private. Rite in the town center.

Right now, there are a lot of choices in that price range. http://en.venere.com/hotels_prague/ Most of them are out of the main tourist center, but there are some choices near the castle, in Malá Strana, in Staré Mesto, or Nové Mesto. You can sort by price on the Venere.com website - most of the hotels have several reviews by past guests to help you decide.

I always stay at the Hotel Rott and would highly recommend it, but it's above your budget range.
