  1. The only time that you would have to supply your credit card number would be for the first creation of an account for a child under 13. After that, you wouldn't need to supply any because they would already know that you are an adult over the age of 18 just by your Yahoo! ID. Even if you deleted the account(s) of the child/children, Yahoo! would still remember that you're an adult, thus negating any reason for you to ever again supply your credit card number.
