Websites would be great! The woman at Petco recommended a site called credslist.com, but I tried that and.. nothing.

  1. Its craigslist.org,

try calling your local animal shetler or see if there are any bird rescues/sanctuary's in your area! Good Luck, and I am happy to hear about your future adoption! !

  2. I have a Nanday conure if you are interested in adopting him.  He is not a baby if that is what you are looking for but he will probably live at least another 15 years or more.  I live in a small apartment and he is just too loud.  It would take some training to get him socialized to new people since he will only come to me and my father, so he is fearful until he  gets to know you.  Other than the loud screaming, which is typical for conures, he is cute, playful, alert, says a few words, is quite a clown.  He just needs lots and lots of attention.  If you have bird experience, he is definitely easily trained.

  3. also try    http://www.petfinder.com/

it list hundreds of animal shelters

    good luck
