Where can I adopt guinea pigs in Singapore?

Must be Singapore!Singapore only! Sori I sound a bit racist but I'm just too anxious. I'm most likely going to get two piggies soon at the end of the year 2008. Anybody can give links? or have pregnant pigs already? I can't get from pet shops cos they sell too expensive and their conditions for guinea pigs are unhealthy(that's the usual case). I can only budget up to $45 for two pigs cos there are other things to get and I know the price is acheivable.

SO PLEASE HELP ME!I've been searching all over the internet so by answering to search google doesn't count.
