You CAN'T... if you can find interest rates that low, then let me know.

The Prime rate... the rate that BANKS charge to other BANKS is about 5 1/2 PERCENT... you certainly aren't going to be able to borrow money any lower than what the banks charge each other.

AND... even if you COULD find some place to loan money at that low a rate... it's not going to be ONLINE.... online rates are almost usury rates... some of them are about 99 PERCENT A YEAR.
