Where can I buy Amazon.com gift cards other than their website???

Question

Is there any retail stores that sells Amazon.com gift cards other than Amazon's website?? I'm not able to use a credit card or bank account in order to get a gift card or any items that requires a credit credit on Amazon's website.

Call some local grocery stores, or a Wal-mart or target. They usually have giftcards available for purchase.
