You can find this at the grocery store in the aisle with the canning products, like Suregel, canning jars, etc. Not all stores will have it, but most Pick 'N Save's sell it. try sam's  club or costco to see if they carry it in bulk/

The place to purchase will vary on how much in bulk you are buying. In smaller quantities, like 1 pound boxes, you could find it online through Amazon. You can find Certo here, but there is another choice at the bottom, Pomona's

I supplied the other choice Pomona's pectin; as the maker of Certo is a well known company Kraft.

Going through their corporate websites is something you would have to do if your a retailer looking for larger bulk quantities. Pomona's also supplies to retailers and is easily found with the link  below.

You would be better off making your purchases locally from local grocers, or through supplied link for Amazon, if looking for a small bulk quantity for Certo.

You may have to consider your purchases based on shelf life expectancy also.
