Where can I buy Figure Skate Costume/dress/outfit in Abbotsford or Vancouver or Langley?

Ask at your local ice rink for a start. If there are any dance schools e.g. jazz/tap/ballet then go there and ask because they always need costumes for concerts so they know where to get them. If you know anyone who is good at sewing then ask them to help make you one.

a cheap alternative to buying dresses is to sew a skirt onto a leotard, or buy a simple pattern. it took me about a week to make a dress using a kwiksew pattern.
