Where can I buy GOOD timers for indoor lights?

My flat has just been broken into. It is usually unoccupied for long periods of time. so I want the lights to come on during the night.

Any good electrical stores.

The ones that come on randomly are best - if lights come on at regular set intervals it's a giveaway to would be burglars that someone isn't in.
