Where can I buy Ginger Wine concentrate??

My Granny used to make it for us at New Year and it came in a little bottle like a medicine bottle.

It was a concentrate, she had to add water and boil it, then decant it into bottles.

Do you know if you can still buy it??

my dad makes it at christmas time every year, he buys it from our local Scotmid.
