Where can I buy NON-HOMOGENIZED milk in FRANCE???

I dont mean raw milk (lait cru) I mean milk that hasnt been homogenized. Yes I do understand French, and you should do your research before answering q's. perhaps you should begin with reading the q properly!

  1. I don't know if you anderstand french. But if you want buy it, you must know how it's call : lait non pasteurisé!

    I don't know why you want buy it because it's forbiden to sell it in france.

    I wish you can read french and see what it's writting on this adress because it's very dangerous to drink this milk you can be dead.

  2. Non homogenized means with the cream still separating, right? for example if you want to make your own cheese or cream or butter.

    They are some fromageries in Paris that can provide you with pasteurised but non homogenized.

    Try to go in a little village and ask for the local milk farm (then it will be raw) or try the weekly farmers market, there are usually local producers who may be able to help you.

    Don't bother the regular supermarkets, they carry the UHT milk bricks which are way homogenized.

  3. In a shop you will not find it

    Try to find a farmer in the countryside, he will be happy to give (or to sell) you a pint of "good milk".

    You can try too all the cheese "AU LAIT CRU" in every shops or markets. Delicious........
