Where can I buy Nayonaise in UK? Preferably in Leicester (or London)..?

If your unable to located it, you can make it by substituting the egg part with a soft silken tofu and use the other ingredients, 1 tblsp dry "Keens" mustard or 2 tsp dijon, 2 tblsp honey for a sweetener, 1 lemon juiced, 1 tsp vinegar,  a dash of cayenne pepper, whiz this all in a blender or MagiMix and like mayonaisse drizzle a light oil, groundnut, canola, soya even a light olive oil is fine. I use about 1/2 to 2/3 cup or 250 to 300 ml.

I am a former chef from Canada and have used this recipe for my vegan friends, I am a vegetarian and with the right seasonings also, seasoning is best done after the oil is added, sea salt and "White" ground pepper. The last time I was in the UK i was in a health food shop in Liverpool and they had some, it is American and was ₤ 4.50 a jar
