Where can I buy Stretch Lace Online from th UK?

I am making a dress and need to find White Stretch Lace. I have been searching & searching on ebay / fabric websites / googled it etc etc to no avail!!! I have found a few companies but they are suppliers in China or America etc & it needs to be the UK. Please - if you know where I can get this could you send me the website? Please don't just google it or something similar if you don't know because I have tried all this & the results are no use. I need to find somebody out there who knows where to buy!! Thanks!
