Where can I buy The Mario action figures for a low price?

I have been so desparate to own the Mario action figures

that move their arms & head. But they are so high priced!!!

Does anyone know where I can find Mario, Luigi, Fire mario, Fire luigi, the complete colored yoshis, Toad & DK for a low price?

seen some at a Mervyn's for 10 dollars. there racers and the characters are mario,DK,and yoshi.
