Where can I buy VISA Gift Cards in Vancouver?

They used to be at my local Safeway, but they have not been in stock for ages now. I even went to Vernon and Banff to look for them in the Safeways, and they were not available there either. So now I"m just wondering where I could purchase one, in denominations such as $25 or $50?
