Are there any big shoe stores or places that have them? Or is there an online store that sells them that ships internationally?

go to any "ABC mart" shops ...you can find it in myeong-dong and sinchon  or go to any department stores, they've got vans there as well.  But if you're buying from another country then I suggest just go to http://www.gmarket.co.kr they ship internationally-but it's a korean site or just go to http://www.ebay.com <<<they have everything!
