Where can I buy Waders?

I really want to start fly fishing but I cant afford waders. I went to a local store and the cheapest ones they had were 40 dollars. Does anyone know where I can buy a cheap pair of hip length waders for less than 25 dollars?

I've been fly-fishing and wade-fishing all my life and the closest thing to waders i've owned is a set of mud boots for working out on the lease.

Unless your planning on doing it durring your lunch hour, well......

I'm not sure were you can get some cheep ones other than at online stores such as E-bay or Amazon.com.
