"Wu-Long" is a fake, made-up name that some savvy marketers came up with for "oolong tea" so that they could sell it as a "slimming aid"....it is just TEA, so drink up and enjoy! You will find it is a popular tea used in many tea-bags, but you can also buy it loose (much yummier).

But even though it's full of anti-oxidants, it won't make you lose any fat...it's TEA, silly goose!

The only way to get thinner is to burn more calories than you consume...eat less, get more exercise!
