I found pandorasales.com to be cheap and have both available as a set for about 50 bucks USD

buy it from dealextreme.com i suggest buying the pandoras battery + 4GB memory stick set because its a really good deal, oh and you make the magic memory stick yourself its really simple you only have to put some files into the memory stick, there are tons of tutorials online

Try Ebay, probably your best bet. Things are cheap on there and you'll probably find what you need. If you already have an ebay account things are pretty straight forward.
