Where can I buy a Ziggy Stardust costume?

I need to dress up as Ziggy Stardust for a party next friday. I have the make up sorted - red and blue eyeliner! - but I need a cheap-ish costume.

It's not licensed, I'm not sure if there is a licensed costume but it does look just like the outfit from the movie.
