Where can I buy a cheap go kart?

I am really interested in trying go karting as a hobby. I dont know of a good place to try and buy one though. Money is a pretty big issue for me because im still in high school. I'd be willing to get my dad to help me assemble one with me though and he is pretty good with stuff like that. So assembly kits or anything would be great. I'm in MD near baltimore, I would be happy with an online solution.

You can try "FreeCycle". It's a Yahoo group..and individualized for the area you live in. You can join and post a note stating exactly what you want. "FreeCycle" is a group that is trying to keep good stuff out of landfills by way of members posting for things they need or want and a way for others to give away what they don't need. You cannot buy, sell, or trade on FreeCycle....everything has to be just given away. Try it. You may find someone who has what you need.
