If you're in america i have no idea.

If you're in england,get one from a tournament such as skegness or reighton.

You can get a brand new tournament standard table,used for three days,for about £450. Add another £100 and the guys that run reighton can get it delivered.

You can't buy a cheap pool table..It don't work that way..It will be to bad to make good shot's

I would definitely look for a used Olhausen, you would be surprised how cheap some people will sell them in a pinch because they are moving or just need more room. Check out www.craigslist.org and I am sure you will find one. The internet tables are not a good quality table. That will not last as long as an Olhausen. Shipping would be basically what ever a installer would charge you for the move and installation. Most charge between 400-700 depending on the location, size of table and miles. Its worth every penny to have it professionally moved. If you try to move one your self, you can break the slate, rail bolts and aprons.

Last year I searched all over for the best deal. In Canada the best price on a quality 1" slate brand new pool table is $1295.00CD found at www.pooltablesdirect.ca This is a cash and carry deal with wharehouses in Alberta and Ontario but you can also get it shipped to you or get a pool table mechanic-installer to pick up and install. Check out the website and see these are not cheap, bare bones tables either.

I am not sure if there is a good cheap table. You pretty much have to spent some money to get a good quality table.
