Where can I buy a digital to analog converter box for $40 or less?

I'm having a hard time finding them and those I do find are fairly expensive. Also is there anywhere online that I can buy them?

Go to DTV.gov.  

There you can request coupons for $40 off (they will limit you to 2).  All major stores carry them and they all accept the coupon.  Best Buy, Wal Mart, Sears, Best Buy, etc...

If you have cable service (Verizon Fios, satellite dish, etc) and you have a STB (set top box) you do not need a digital converter.  Also if you have Verizon FIos but do not have a TV w/ a STB you can get the digital converter for free right now.

Wal-mart carries them for $49.00 that is the cheapest I have found them, and if you have the cards you can get by mail you'll only pay about $10
