Where can I buy a good quality English/English talking translator for a good price?

I'm going to college this coming semester and I need a talking translator to improve my English vocab and also be fluent in it, but I never bought any translator in my whole life.

So what's a good price for a good talking english/english translator and where can I find one. Thanks for any help.

There are lots of free on-line dictionaries and thesauruses with sound as well, but if you need a pocket version, check Franklin; they have a variety of options.
