Where can I buy a heating fan? What is the best one out there?

Back in January I used to have a roommate who had an awesome heating fan. It was small it would rotate and also switch on and off every fifteen minutes or so. I don't know where to get one! Does anyone know or have any experience with these fans? I prefer this kind of fan to the regular heating dish ones because the room doesn't become stifling hot or stuffy it just stays at a comfortable toasty warm level. Thanks so much in advance

I have one like that and it is made by Holmes.  There are 2 that look exactly alike, but the one you want is the temperature controlled one because once it heats the air to the temp you set it turn itself off automatically until it senses the temp goes below what you set.  The other one runs continuously.  The Box says Holmes Oscillating Temperature Control Space Heater with 3 speed fan
