Umm, 168 shopping mall should have them, we bought a baton, and there were a taser gun....so yeah you can check there.

The bottom level of City Center Mall. It is a "Filipino Mall" a few blocks from Makiti Medical Center.

Down on the lowest level there are about 15 gun shops, and they have legal hand held tasers in many of those shops. I have not seen the tasers that shoot probes into the intended target only the tasers that you have to hold against the target. The ones that shoot probes attached to wires are likely illegal.

Unless you have some specific intended purpose besides self defense in mind; why not get tear gas or pepper spray?

The disadvantage of the hand held non shooting taser is; you have to let the attacker get very close to you in order for you to use it (if he has a knife you are screwed). With pepper spray or tear gas you can spray your attacker when he is 15 feet away, giving you a big margin of safety. The gun shops in City Center sell tear gas and pepper spray too.
