I don't know about a 33mm camera but the best places to buy a used 35mm camera are local camera shops and Craigslist. I say this because you want to be able to see it and make sure it is in good condition. Prices should be between $150 and $300 depending on model. You should be able to get a very good used Canon or Nikon for this price range.

If you want a new one Canon and Nikon still make them. You may have to order one but you can get them. Price range for a new one will be between $200 and $350 for an entry level model like a Canon Rebel Tii or K2.

33 millimeter? You mean 35, right?

If you are talking about fully manual and nearly indestructible cameras that are 30-40-50 years old - you can probably get one for $10 on a garage sale. Just drive around your neighborhood on a sunny Saturday and stop by garage sales. Many people have old ones and nobody wants them but collectors and enthusiasts, and there are very few of those!

Second bet is Craigslist - see if anyone offers one, or put up your own ad asking if anyone has one for cheap or even free...

Then comes y e-bay, but they sell them on e-Bay as vintage, so the price may be a bit high.

Last but not least - a local camera store (and I mean camera store, not all-around-electronics-store like Best Buy) may have a selection of older 35mm cameras, but it will probably be the most expensive option of all.
