You can't buy houses in Manhattan. You can only do that in Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island and maybe the Bronx.

Umm...in Manhattan, they don't have your traditional style "suburban" home with front lawns and all.

What IS here are townhouses (homes built next to each other, usually two/three stories) and they're in limited pockets of Manhattan (West Village).  The vast majority of them do not have lawns, just steps that lead to the front door.  The "backyard" may be small but could have a tree back there.

But definitely expect to spend HUGE money on this....at LEAST $4 million!  Houses like this don't come cheap.
