Crayola Spider Writer pens are available at some Walmart and Zellers stores. If you cannot find them in your area, I am pretty sure the Staples/Office Depot have them.

In Quebec, I seem to remember seeing them at the local Omer DeSerres arts & crafts store.

wal mart or zellers, also probably bureau en gros i don't know what that is in english, sorry.

basically you can find them almost everywhere they sell crayola products.
