  1. You can buy it from http://www.amazon.com/gp/search?ie=UTF8&...

    Hope this helps.

    Good luck!

  2. walmart ebay target radio shack ... most of the corded phones will mount on the wall. what makes most of them hang on the wall are the 2 little holes, that you slide down on , also the little pop out tab near the earpiece.

any standard corded phone that ive seen will hang on the wall. Have you looked at them? Sometimes they have a slanted base on the back that you have to pop off( or attach)

I would highly recommend western electrics. These are the old phones made by the old bell system prior to 1986.. These phones were built by the phone company to be leased, not sold, so they were built to industrial standards.  You will never break one of these phones under normal conditions.. They work when the power is out,  Sadly, they are not manufactured anymore, however, you can buy them on ebay.  if you do choose this route, make sure it is a true western electric. After the breakup several companys (MCI , NTT? ) made cheap knock offs, with much lower quality.

I will tell you that any new phone, answering machine that carries the marketing label of one of the "bell companys" (southwestern bell etc. ) will be utter c**p.

I just love the retro tactile feel of the weight of the old classic hardware of the western electrics.
