  1. Try soaking it with water before you go in the pool.  Hair that is already wet will not absorb as much chlorinated water when you jump in the pool (its already saturated), and will reduce significantly chlorine damage.

  2. Where r you?  My shop is in the US, but may delivery to you, visit here

  3. Honey I swim 6 times a week, and have long , curly/wavy hair that I get compliments on every day. I think you'll be just fine. All I do is shampoo, condition, then use sunsilk 24/7 creme.

  4. You can buy it from Amazon, cheaper than anywhere alse:

    Hope that can help you/.

  5. Well seeing as a swim 4 times a week and don't need it, that shouldn't be necessary. what i suggest is showering before hand(that really does help) then every few weeks or so there is this thing call cholesterol that you can get in a bottle and put in your hair and it really helps or do hot oil treatments you can get them at a grocery store for 5 or 10 dollars.

  6. If you're in the UK, superdug do one. I've only seen it in tiny bottles though (as in there travel size ones) but you could always buy a few!

  7. Kerastasse do a good one. It like 'waterproofs' your hair. I swim about 3-4 times a week and it's amazing! It has even stopped my blonde hair looking green. It's about £10, but you can always get it on ebay. It comes in a red bottle but i can't remember what it's called as I've ran out! Sorry!
