Where can I buy a retro style bicycle?

Im trying to buy a retro style bicycle (not a cruiser), preferably new, people still ride them throughout India and China but I can't seem to find anyone who sells them, im willing to import one if necessary. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Try Pashley at Stratford on Avon, they used to make this type of bike.
