Where can I buy a sheep stomach to make Haggis in the Bay Area?

I ama former chef and they may be hard to find, maybe a Arabic butcher, I am of Scottish dissent and made it while working in Jamaica and Singapore, I was the only one who knew how??

One other alternative to a sheeps stomach and I have used it is go to an Italian butcher and get some beef casing (made from the intestine), the type they use for salami and mortadella, it is sold buy the pound, it looks small but is very expandable (just do not pack it to tight), check with the butcher shops in the Bay area, I am sure as I buy it here in Toronto, Canada on a regular basis, you will have no problems find it in San Fransico.

Sheep stomach is illegal in the US due to the bacteria that is found inside. I live in the Bay Area and I don't think you will find it. You will have to make veggie haggis. Here is a recipe:
