Where can I buy a shower head that fits over the end of my tub faucet?

I have a very old home and would like to have a shower in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the tub/faucet are so old that they would need $1000+ of work to replace my faucet with a faucet that has a divert-er or adapter. ( I just got an estimate) I remember my grandma had a shower head that slipped over the faucet. I would like one which uses that concept, but doesn't look like a "grandma shower". Does anyone know if they are available in chrome or black and where to get them? Thanks!
