Where can I buy a skipper ball locally?

I need one of these drain cleaning air tools and am looking for a retail place that carries something similar. I am new to this type tool and do not know if they are known by another name.

This mfg does not have a local retail rep.

I have tried a couple of plumbing places, and the home center without luck.

Try an industrial supply shop that furnishes equipment to some of your local factories or power plants.
