tire rack.com is a great resource for older model vehicles, obsolete ford in oklahoma has some good connections also.

Try a place that sells tires... that would be the best place to look.

Is this for a Sprite?  P155/70R13 was never a common size.  I ran the very common P175/70R13's on my MG Midget with no problems though.  I think that is actually close to the original (now obsolete) size anyway.
